This book came to me in a series of dreams.   The technique on how to quit smoking first came as a flash of thought, and then the concept of sharing this technique with other people through a book came in a dream.  So now I'm about to share my dreams and thoughts with you.

The concept shared here, if understood and practiced will turn smokers into nonsmokers again. This book is different from other quit-smoking books, because it approaches the subject with a simple down-to-earth, solution.  It does not overwhelm with complicated techniques or explanations.  It holds promise to smokers of a solution to their addiction.

I was a smoker for 13 plus years.  During that time, I was up to two packs of cigarettes per day.  Also during that time, I had quit smoking at least twice.  Although the fact that I could quit gave me hope, I knew that I had to find a permanent solution.

There are many techniques and many products on the market to help you quit smoking.  My view is that whatever works, use it.  In the final analysis, it is still up to the individual, to quit smoking.  Though the products and techniques help, it still comes down to the individual.  Therein lies the permanent solution.

In the coming pages of this book, I want you to take a good look at yourself.  It first takes self-inspection and some thinking about where you want to go, as far as the smokeless lifestyle goes.  Once you have a clear understanding, of where you are, and where you want to go, it is much easier to get to your destination.

If you're reading these pages then I know that you want to quit, or someone you know wants to quit.  It is my fondest hope that these words I share with you will help you in that endeavor.  As with all things we will go step-by-step.  In the end, I'm sure you'll find that the monumental task is easy when you go along the path that incorporates the mind and body.

So let us begin on our path.  It is a path, that will take us to a place where you choose to smoke or not.  It is a place where once and for all the addiction of smoking is no longer an issue. It is a place that takes you to a time where you once did not smoke and you were free from addiction.  It is a path that takes you full circle to where you began to smoke and could make an easy choice of not smoking.
